C & B Operations employs over 240 people at 12 John Deere Farm equipment dealerships in five states and also owns a diesel engine pump repair business. Most of our dealerships are located in small or very small towns and afford a lifestyle far removed from the congestion of a big city. Many are located in areas considered to be a "sportsmen" paradise with nearby access to hunting, fishing, boating, camping, etc.
